- Shipping cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and destination and are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

We ship to the following EU countries:

🇨🇭Switzerland
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping cost: Flat rate of 10.90€
- Free shipping from 65€

📦 Order processing & tracking
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping responsibility
The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and ensure a solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
